HOW TO RECRUIT THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THE JOB?
Put 100 bricks in some particular order in a closed room with an open window. Then send 2 or 3 candidates in the room and close the door. Leave them alone and come back after 6 hours and then analyze the situation. If they are counting the bricks. Put them in the accounting department. If they are recounting them. Put them in auditing. If they have messed up the whole place with the bricks. Put them in engineering. If they are arranging the bricks in some strange order. Put them in planning. If they are throwing the bricks at each other. Put them in operations. If they are sleeping. Put them in security. If they have broken the bricks into pieces. Put them in information technology. If they are sitting idle. Put them in human resources. If they say they have tried different combinations, yet not a brick has been moved. Put them in sales.
If they have already left for the day. Put them in marketing. If they are staring out of the window. Put them on strategic planning. And then last but not least. If they are talking to each other and not a single brick has been moved. Congratulate them and put them in top management. Smile the way as smiling去京的飞机上，旁边坐了三个到中国旅行的墨西哥人，那是一个年迈的父亲带着两个子女。好奇心让我开始了跟旁边老人三个多小时的对话。问到他对中国的印象，他手舞足蹈地双手紧握拳头，咬紧牙说道: “中国人都是hard working, 没见多少smile face， 而我们国家的人无论生活怎样，都很容易开心” 这就是南美洲人，热情奔放，容易满足开心。 在国内的时候，也许大环境就是这样吧，也就习惯大街上各副把心情都描绘了上去的face。 来美每天见到同学和朋友都会互相问: “ How are you doing today?” 得到的答案都是: “Great!/ Nothing better than that….” 渐渐地自己开口也是这么简单的答案，plus big smile or hug。 很简单的一个动作，却给一天带来不一样的心情。当看到周围的人都以笑脸相迎，自己也很自然地以笑回之，就像一面镜子， 而并不是所有人喜欢从里面看一张苦脸吧？这也让我想起，那天跟姐姐遛狗时的对话。我说遥望过去的这片山丘，等春天来了全绿时肯定很美。姐姐却说，“不！我更喜欢这个时候的颜色。有一点深绿点缀，还有红色枫叶的衬托，即使有灰色的枯枝，黄色的草坪，却是一副多彩的图画”原来我眼里看到的是单色，而她—一个对生活从来都充满热情的人—却可以如此的缤纷多彩。 还记得有那么一句: “ The way how you see the world impacts what the world it is” 每个人都会有这样那样的压力 “ you are not alone” 但怎么看，怎么对待，it’s all up to you. But please, please, try, try to smile at least once a day and let me know what happen later on. I am doing that. Why not joining me?! 掌声响起在香港公司的最后一天，导师让我们用不同的语言(家乡话，方言或第二外语)发表自己在港期间的感想。我用了最原始的语言--肢体语言，让大家的手和眼睛跟着我。掌声响起，眼睛也先后落到导师，组长和同学的身上。对导师和组长感谢的话全在掌声和眼神里，还有对其他同学的恒心与毅力的赞赏。末了还用我那已不正宗的粤语唱起了谭泳伦那首 《朋友》“繁星 流动 和你同道，从不相识开始心接近……” 离开香港已经一段时间了，期间的点点滴滴仍在心头，感谢所有那些给过我帮助的人！叔叔和阿姨(已升级为我200%的干妈) 的悉心照顾; Daniel从古到今，从天到地的渊博知识传授; 当Frankie 的翻译助手让我学到很多东西 (让我不至于钓鱼J) ；跟Alan的谈话帮我在茫海中把自己打捞出来；MiMi就像她请我们吃的甜品那样sweet，给了我很多分析和鼓励！ 脚踏HK中环的那一刻，穿梭在各奔各大写字楼的人群中，脚步已经不能停歇，也不由你停驻，没有高效，就只能远远地被抛掉，连最后一班车，你都不能赶上，更不用想要一个座位！这也催生香港人活力和魄力，究竟谁都不想给lost掉～ 引用Daniel的Epilogue作为这里的Epilogue :” Life is an incessant cycle of beginning and end. The end of a cycle simply denotes the beginning of another cycle. What lies ahead of you would be somewhat uncertain but definitely exciting. One should have its own aim of life , tackle every cycle as important as it is, don’t treat any cycle of your life as a transition period, or else the whole life would skip away unconsciously!” 再次回到学校，而香港之行，回国之旅依然历历在目，however, it is another cycle of life lies ahead of me. I believe it will be definitely challenging and I can make it! ‘Coz I already had praise for myself as well in the last class ^_^ PS 1st: To 某某，算是把感想补上来了，算是交作业吧，不准退货哦 *_* PS 2nd : To 阿郭: 已把那天贪好玩拍的贴纸照uploaded上去了(改头换脸后),耐性往后面翻吧,数码后的数码效果有点数码 @_@ 魔豆 魔豆，静躺在主人的抽屉已经两年多了，直到主人收拾东西时才想起它。其实这任主人自第一任主人转交之后，一直把它带在身边不管搬了多少次家，去了多少个地方，但却始终没把瓶子打开，因为她仍在寻找让它茁壮成长的最好阳光和甘露。可环境总是让人失望，盼不到蓝天白云，寻不着甘甜雨露，只好把它存放好，继续等待…… 一等就是两年多，而且是遥远的等待。当主人再次把它捧在手心---太晚了！魔豆的种子并不能经历如此漫长的等待，它会在某一天失去萌芽的能力！主人错了，自以为最理想的条件最重要，却忽略了魔豆自身的限制。主人最终没揭开它的瓶盖，把它放回抽屉里--完美的缺陷！
有些种子，曾经或现在，都有等待萌芽和成长。主人在某一天或某一刻恍然大悟，种子其实已经找到自己成长的土壤。微风中，那些回眸一笑，是那么的幸福灿烂， 那一刻，她心田中流淌着祝福的源泉…….
